Entry forms for the next Hervey Bay Family Fishing Competition must be submitted by 6pm on Thursday March 8th 2012.
Each entry must be accompanied by the entry fee and have a recent passport sized photo attached.
Please read the Rules of the Competition before sending the entry form to avoid disappointments on the day.
